Welcome to the October Newsletter and Welcome to all the new subscribers including all the wonderful people I have me at the Brisbane Home Show. If you are visiting the Home Show I have included below the times I am speaking on the Courier Mail Stage.

October is the time where we start thinking about tidying up loose ends before the end of the year, Christmas and holidays. Many of you will be starting to plan for 2008 and thinking about what may be in store for you. We have a Health, Wealth & Happiness One Day Workshop scheduled for 11 Nov 07 to help you put an action plan together to give you a kick start for 2008. See below for further details.

As mentioned I am at the Brisbane Home Show from 10 to 14 Oct 07. I have been there since Wednesday chatted to many inspiring people. This month we have Mercury in Retrograde - I have incuded details in the Newsletter on what it relates to and how it effects you.

Mercury goes Retrograde on 12th October and lasts until 1st November 2007. Mercury is the planet of business, deals, communications, transport and during this time these areas of our life will seem like they have stopped or going backwards. During this time avoid signing contracts. If you have travel plans ensure you double check everything. Backup your computer. If you have important emails that need to be sent to clients or business colleagues, ensure you phone them once you have sent the email to confirm they have it. Try to avoid having deep and meaningful conversations with your beloved or loved ones as there may be communication breakdowns. Minor accidents can also occur. If you are in the Real Estate Industry or you are selling your home you will find that Contracts may fall through or there will be many problems with settlement.

This is a great time to regroup. Review everything that has been happening over the past few months. Great time to work on your database and review your marketing.
