Tasks acted on within 24hrs - Upon receiving a work order Adminlink Plus will make contact with the client and where able complete the task within 24hrs. Any role that will take longer than 24hrs the client will be given the time line and kept up to date with the progress.
Weekly Reports - At the end of each week all clients receive a weekly report, this details all mail completed, telemarketing results, admin roles completed and any other services used. These reports allow our clients to see where each of their tasks are up to and confirm progress meets their needs.
